ExtraSpace Storage is a 130,845 square foot, four (4) story convenience storage development located in Austin, Texas. Mahoney Engineering prepared a detailed floodplain study of Harper’s Branch Creek to verify private property affects associated with ATLAS 14.  The purpose of the study was to provide detail analysis to prove that two (2) five foot (5’) x eight foot (8’) culverts provided sufficient capacity to convey the fully developed floodplain. The results of the study allow the client to vacate two (2) existing drainage easements on the property with no adverse impact to the surrounding properties.
