Bull & Bowl is a four (4) story cocktail lounge situated on a 0.44-acre lot within the West 6th Street entertainment district.  Mahoney Engineering provided professional surveying services and prepared Site Civil Engineering drainage and grading Construction Documents.  These plans served to better facilitate drainage conveyance patterns, parking efficiency, and trash operations.  These Construction Documents were prepared in coordination with a Geotechnical Engineer so pavement repairs could be made accordingly. Our objective was to honor existing drainage patterns for maintenance operations and to ensure the existing development did not increase the extent to which the development was non-complying with the City of Austin Code of Ordinances.
